Let Adam, the owner of Boston Cheese Cellar, lead you through how to make mozzarella with this hands-on class.
The aim of this class is to help you understand the basics of mozzarella making (pasta filata making), to make cheese yourself in the class, to provide you with the confidence to make mozzarella at home, and to deal with any troubleshooting required.
You will transform fresh milk into curd, cut and dry the curd, and understand how to get the right stretch of your curd, before forming your knots (nodini), balls (bocconcini) or braids (treccia) of mozzarella - to take home of course!
This class is deisgned to be a fun, interactive, hands-on session with other similarly cheese-minded folks.
